The fans spoke up and picked the winners for the 2009 Fighters Only World MMA Awards. The awards took place tonight at the The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and was broadcast live on Versus.

    Shut up hater, if he wasn’t in the WWE you’d be on his nuts! Give the man credit, so young in the sport and already beaten some of the best.

    Anyway, why is there a “European Fighter of the Year”? lol Also, GSP for “Fighter of the Year”… I’d have to disagree simply cause he doesn’t finish people anymore. Miss the old GSP.

    Also, is the real reason they fired the other UFC ring girls is so Arianny would win? lol jk Natasha seemed pretty popular though. Too bad.

    It is interesting that gsp didn’t (I don’t consider corner stoppage a finish) finish the last 3 of his fights, but he is incredibly dominate in all of his fights. It’ll be interesting to see who he fights next.
