True to a certain extent, there are no washed up fighter in the UFC, man come on Kimbo faces mediocer to horrible competition anyone can beat the guys he has faced, put him in with some real competion like lesnar and he would tear him up or anyone in the HWT division at this point, hell i bet even Coleman could beat his ass, speaking of that i predict Lesnar wins as this is more his style of a match. Coleman may be a veteran but he is no slouch either the guy can fight. all i am saying is until i see Kimbo face real competion he is nothing but a big ape. putting him in with lesser competinon is hurting him in the long run..look lesnar faced a very tough fighter and beat his ass until he made a rookie mistake now lesnar can only get better from that but look at kimbo he fights these has been no name losing record guys and beats them up what is that proving… he may be gaining experience but for what so he thinks he is all that and then come time when he actual faces real competion he gets beat, thats really going to hurt him and elite XC, put the guy in with legit fighters.

the ufc h.w. devision has maybe 3 top ten fighters and 2 top ten fighters in the l.w. devision.i am not a kimbo fan but i am also not a kimbo hater to me he is the same thing as lesnar a rookie who needs to improve yes they put lesnar in with toughter compition and i also think elite is protecting there cash cow and as soon as he feces some real comp he could easily be a bust.also the ufc has protected plenty of fighters so they can market them.

At least the UFC isnt afraid to Gamble they put Brock Lesnar in a match against a well known top BJJ expert with a very good winning record and look what happened het beat the living shit out of a guy name Frank Mir just happened to get caught with leg lock by a BJJ expert. The UFC doesnt match up fighters with low class fighters, they put fights on for a reason to see who is best at the weight class and to put on a great show not who can beat who sort of deal like Elite XC and most of the other promotions do. Now i will say this again and again.. Brock Lesnar could of signed with any MMA org. but he chose UFC for 2 reasons…first they have the best talent hands down and he will be tested on a higher level on every fight and two they can pay him the money he deserves to fight. You will not find Kimbo in the UFC because of those exact reason he is not talented enough or will ever be talented enough he will always be a chump fighter who can knock people out, but really there a handful of fighter just like him and i will say it again… it takes an all around game to be the best, sure you have those fluke moments but reasliticly he wouldnt last in the UFC against most of the fighters simply because the only game he has is striking and that isnt even very good, he is sloppy with his punches. the guy would get tossed around by Brock Lesnar/Randy Couture/Chuck Liddel on any day especially by Brock they guy already posses great if not the best wrestling and ground and pound game ever seen, he just needs to elevate his level a bit more and get some BJJ and submission skills. KIMBO is simply a Bimbo.

Lesser talent with no all around game maybe….but then again you just said he could only beat Less talented fighters as he is very untalented himself.. anyone can go out there and take swing after swing and through them as well, it take dedication and training from the best to be the best all around fighter, i believe as of right now the best pound for pound fight is GSP! man he dominated that fight from striking to take downs…his game was on…back to Bimbo, simply put his nothing but a big ape who fights no name has been fighters, lets see him fight someone with atleast a winning record for petes sake. Shit come on..

i don’t know about that tim, i don’t think he could beat any of there top h.w.’s witch is not that many the ufc h.w. devision is a little thin right now, but he could beat some of there lesser talent.

Everyone…with all due respect.. kimbo is just a giant ape that swings and goes wild, no technique and definetly no ground skills, he may hit hard but always remember there is always someone who hits harder or is better than you. look this example, Brock lesnar with one punch knocked down a 240lbs man who has pretty good stand up game but there is even someone out there who hits harder than him, i dont know of anyone but there is someone. Elite XC is smart… they are alittle promotion and found someone to headeline shows that everyone except me cares to see fight, kimbo bimbo. HE woulde not last in the UFC with all that talent they have, the guy would get taken down and submitted or beat to shit with ground and pound. He fought tank abbott… a washed up fighter from like 20 years ago, i expected him to beat tank, i would excpect anybody too. Bimbo has a lot to learn and wouldnt last one round with chuck or anyone else in the heavywieght or light HVW division.

Part of the problem with all this is, Chuck, Dana, and Kimbo are not at fault for Kimbos new found fame, WE ARE. Every dip shit with an internet connection that youtubed his fights and thinks he knows something about MMA wants to make Kimbo the next best thing. The truth is the guy hasn’t done dick yet and until he does everyone can just cool out because Chuck isn’t ever gonna fight him, he would have to get huge or kimbo get MUCH smaller. As far as I am concerned hes just another Brad Imes or Justin Eilers, a big guy that can do soem damage, put him in there with a current or former champ and lets see what hes got and I am a chuck fan but hes got a fight coming to and he needs to worry about the now and not what might be before he gets Keith Jardined again.

what trash talking did dana say? all he said was that he took kimbo seriously and would make kimbo-lidell happen after kimbo beat some quality opponents. he never said anything about chuck whooping kimbo’s ass. he just said kimbo needs to build some profesionall MMA credibilty before even being mentioned in the same line as chuck.
