well i hope we get to find out soon, its hard to call both fighters have gotten better since there last fight i just think bj has a good chance not that gsp dosn’t.

I do actually think bj penn has a real shot of beating gsp. Gsp couldnt even put penn away when penn was really gased. Penn is a different fighter now so I def think gsp can lost this one

You got all wrong freddyo, Fitch is hardcore, but GSP will run that man down. Please remember the gsp vs koscehck fight. koscheck is was supposed to be the greatest wrestler in the ufc. GSP completely dismanteld him due to wrestling. bj penn is far better at cardio, but GSP is far better at everything since the first time they fought. Also, consider the fact that GSP has never had an easy fight since he has been in the ufc. bj and many others have had that luxury. All of the above has made GSP the fighter he is today and bj doesn’t have shit on him(and never will).

bj is pound for pound best fighter next to silva in my eyes. He will beat gsp…. i actually would have giving bj the win the first fight.

gsp was clearly scared when bj penn was mentioned. you could hear him stuttering. cant wait for bj to destroy him .

yeah, GSP completely ducked that question about bj. He never actually said he would take the fight, just that he would take any challenge. I don’t think he is as confident as he should be when he looks at the new GSP and the new bj.

honestly, i think what it comes down to at this point is that dana and the fertitas have to basically approve the fight between two different champs and then bj and gsp and can accept the fight. I think the ufc has made it clear in the case of silva that they do not want there champs owning two belts, thats less marketing and less faces to put on lunch boxes (joke) and t shirtsit just doesnt seem like its going to happen allthough it would be awesome.

No one can predict what will happen in an mma fight. GSP has not ducked anyone and wouldn’t duck GSP. GSP has faced the toughest opponents in his weight division so it is ignorant to say he is scared of BJ Penn. Until you step into the ring wtih the guys GSP has fought, you probably shouldn’t refer to him as scared.
