I wish Frank would get serious about fighting and get out of the minor companies. When he’s focused he is dangerous.

I agree with that Roy. But I like when they ask Frank for predictions because he doesn’t BS and he knows his stuff.

I pretty much agree with him. If he was a heavyweight I would feel much more comfortable calling him the winner of that fight.

I don’t think so. Frank’s body is catching up with him. He can compete with Strikeforce fighters but not UFC fighters.
