Haha no rematch ever EliteXC has gone doooowwwn the toilet. they are out of business. I think Malaipet should learn some takedown defense and wrestling and go to the UFC. I know a striker like that can just kill people.

Such a big baby, the only way he could win this fight was by DQ. Couldnt do it with elbows, not with submissions.
After he realized he was being hit on the back of his head he let go, he wasn’t out at all. He should become an actor on a soap.

denny did win dude they announced him the winner which i think was the right call not only did he blatently elbow in the back of the head 3 times he also knee’d him while he was down. it was the right call. i don’t like those rules but rules are rules.

Rules should be fair for grapplers v. strikers. If you want to grapple beware of the elbows to the back of the head. Unfortunately, these rules protect sissy grapplers.

This is the first time I’m disappointed at both fighters in a DQ. I’m sure Denny was hurt and that would have affected him in the fight, but not enough to say he couldn’t see and couldn’t move. In his interview he was seeing just fine and was moving just fine. So even though he was dominating, I don’t think he should have quit even though he was hurt…not injured.

Malaipet was making nothing but excuses in his interview saying that he didn’t train for the fight and that he would fight again but it would have to be at a lower weight. I hate fighters that say they looked bad because they didn’t train.

denny was winning but malaipet survived the rear naked and bring mounted, denny at times did not seem that hurt but did not want to continue, i don’t know about this one.
