Video: Bob “The Beast” Sapp Training for Strikeforce At The Dome

Former NFL player and K-1 superstar star Bob “The Beast” Sapp will take on Jan Norte at Strikeforce: at the Dome, Saturday February 22 from the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, WA.

Sapp will make his United States MMA debut Saturday night. Sapp made a name for himself in the Tacoma area during his collage days as a football standout at the University of Washington.

    He was putting up 315 on the bench like nothing. They guy is a beast, thats a good nickname.

    He still looks slow to me. 10 mph my ass. I run the treadmill every day and he wasn’t doing that at all.
