Machida was 12-0 but that wasn’t the reason he got a title shot, he has to up his game first (everyone knows that the KO of thiago silva) hell Dana even said it in the promo “loads of people are becoming machida fans”

Dana picks fights that sell…. he is a business man first and foremost. (trashing Fedor just proves that, he did the same thing to wandy when he was in pride, he sent Chuck to beat him then Chuck got KTFO by Rampage in Pride and brought him back fast. then after Wandy joined UFC Dana declared his love for him)

Apparently Din Thomas had a really bad weight cut and couldn’t fight.
Lashley was too strong for Sapp Which is crazy as Sapp had a 65lb weight advantage. I guess it proves how bad of a fighter he really is. I am quite impressed by Lashley though, i read he is looking to fight 2 more times this year and hopes to fight next in september.
I kinda admire him for fighting often and gaining experience on the small shows, im sure Strikeforce or Affliction would put them on their cards but he is choosing to truly earn his spot on these bigger stages.
