UFC officials confirmed today that Sean Sherk has been stripped of his lightweight championship due to California upholding the steroid test result in the hearing on 12/4.

Great! We can see a champ who fight instead of lay and pray.

wait, i thought dana white released a statement a few days ago that regardless of the steroid hearing, sherk will not be stripped???

Im with derek i know i read that

Yes sirrrr…now all they have to do is make the guy work his way back up and not automatically get a title shot. If not, he fights for the title right away and stripping him is pretty much meaningless.

yeah they r gonna give him .J. Penn after Penn beats down Stevenson. It doesnt matter about stripping him of the title it actually kinda sucks cuz now penn cant take it from him.

If I was Penn I would boycott the fight when he wins Stevenson. Show how much you really hate steroid use in MMA and how much disrespect it does to the sport. Penn would do that, I know it. He is one of a kind.

“That’s where people shoot up when they use roids.”
Albeit Sherk is a juicehead, that statement is not true.
I think the tattoo was just meant to show off his vascularity. It’s a status thing among body builders and well….. Juiceheads.
