true, but hell you do a weekend in jail for getting a DUI. at least in IA I dont know how it is everywhere else, I imagine the jail scene in CA is a bit overpopulated compared to here.

I agree he should pay…but where is the lack of punishment. Lets wait and see what the punishment is first. He’s only been charged right now correct? I mean it will also depend on any prior criminal history also. Most people, even regular civilians, get atleast one break. Plus its all about the money. If he can pay a huge fine he will get less probo or jail (if any).

Whatever the situation he should pay for what he has been charged with, i just don’t see how “fasting and energy drinks” could make what seems to be a moderately intelligent human being do something so stupid, to me his lack of punishment sends out the message that the ufc is not different from the nfl or nba some players can be total punks and wastes of oxygen as long as most of them are good people who make smart decisions. Look if this was an OWI or something, he was drunk fine, but I still think there is some bullshit going on with all this. Just sad that someone who has the world in his hands tries to throw it away without a thought.

this whole situation has tarnished rampage whether he likes it or not, and whether we like it or not. i am one of rampages biggest fans but damn the guy screwed up. i have done some stupid things tho and i could see the same thing happening to myself so im not gunna judge. but blaning the whole situation on energy drinks is kinda crazy. i think some of the facts have yet to come out and until they do im going to hold off judgement. i think people get so involved with they’re favorite fighters personal lives that they forget that they are just trying to entertain us with fighting and thats it. they dont owe us anything. fighters are just human beings like ourselves tryin to make a living the best they can. shit happens and rampage will pay his debt to society. lets just hope he doesnt pull a mike tyson or an ali and be in jail for his prie years of his fighting creer

I dont really see him serving jail time but I guarantee that he will have a massive fine. People are making a bigger deal about this than it is. In a couple of years nobody will even remember this shit. I for one think its funny. I know im a dick and and a loser. No I just dont give a fuck.
