Ian McCall Injury

Recently, McCall posted on Sherdog and MMA Underground forum of his withdrawal on the match against Moraga in flyweight division. The 28-year-old fighter has been inside the Octagon since 2002 and began to increase his fame in the flyweight division now being ranked second best flyweight division fighter. McCall fights with his Brazilian jiu-jitsu style.

Moraga vs. Gomez

Moraga is based in Arizona training with two famous camps: Arizona Combat Sports and the Lab. His career is 10-1 having been lost to John Dodson two years ago via decision. Now, Moraga will be fighting Gomez at Staples Center. Meanwhile, his opponent Gomez seems to be a rising MMA fighter as well capturing the bantamweight title at Tachi Palace Fights against Cody Gibson. Since 2007, Gomez fought side-by-side in bantamweight and flyweight divisions under PFC and Tachi Palace. During 2010, Gomez made his first change in weight division via an opening round fight with Travis Reddinger and winning through split decision. His promotional debut will be with Moraga under Mauricio Rua versus Brandon Vera bout. Another exciting match to designate which fighters will be the best in the flyweight and lightweight divisions.
