This is a pretty good card but I’ve got to watch affliction. Silva didn’t look small at all standing next to Irvin.

Anderson Silva seemed to do ok gaining the weight. I wonder how much of the weight gain was actual muscle and how much was just a big plate of spaghetti.

Anderson already walks around at 200 so there really wasn’t much to gain in the first place. Vera leaned out for his move down to LHW. Its pretty funny to see him lean, I bet he misses his old eating and training habits as a Heavyweight.

According to this YAHOO! sports article, Anderson actually walks around at much heavier then 200 (the article says between 230-40. Really had trouble seeing how this was possible, but apparently he cuts 30-40 pounds to fight at 185. Check the article out, Kevin Iole is a pretty responsible journalist so it could actually be true.

Wow. I had no idea he walked around at that size. He always struck me as a little too thin to be at that weight.
