Gotta love Rich Franklin, hope he does well at 205 cause since he can’t beat Silva there’s alot of good fights for him at 205 cause there really isn’t anything worth while for him at 185 except Henderson.

Rich has a lot of heart and he is skillful but he is not at the top level. He is not a stand-up nor submission expert. He is good at a lot of things but not real good at any. That means that he will keep beating some of the lower and middle level UFC fighter but he will never rise to the top again. Chuck would smash him. I predict that Matt will win in the first or second round. Matt is going to take him down and ground and pound him. I don’t see him doing real good against any guys at 205.

Businessman – I totally agree with you! I’ve been arguing with folk on this web site about Franklin’s abilities for at least a year…. I like the guy but he’s got nowhere to go… No point staying at 185 with Silva there and lots of Kickin’s to get at 205!

Can anyone really see Franklin beting the following…
    - Rampage
    - Chuck
    - Griffin
    - Shogun
    - Thiago silva
    - Wandi
    - Mancida (already kicked his ass)
    - Vera at 205
    - Hendo at 205
    - Jardine
    - Bonner
    - Evans
He has a really good record – but when you look closely – he has no wins over the absolute top guys… and lets face it Silva didn’t just beat him – He destroyed him!!

Hamill is a bad match up for Franklin… I see a G’n'P finish!!

Well DanP thx for NOT backing me up when I was arguing this with everyone right before Anderson beat Henderson where everyone was saying he was the 3rd best middlewight which he may be but its only b/c of the shitty fighters in 185. I said that the only reason he was ever a champ was b/c of a weak division and that he was not ELITE. Everyone and I mean everyone said he was elite and called me retarded and shit. A bunch of fucking idiots I say. Look at them now. Nobody will own up and say they were wrong about him. Pretty fucking funny.

U wanted to see him and Liddell slug it out? Guarantee that would be over just like the Anderson Silva fights. With Rich scared and bug eyed. After being tagged a couple times with flurries he sit down and roll over giving up with his gloves around his head in the fetile position.
