just watched some you tube of palhares.. i think henderson better train hard. this is a tough match up for him, he should work takedown and submission defence and strking and try to keep it on the feet, in the clinch drity boxing..

Tom… I agree this guy has very good BJJ… I don’t think Dans last 2 loses mean all that much (lets face it he fought Rampage & Anderson Silva)…

I’m a big Henderson fan (from his pride days) and there are other match ups out there that I woulda’ preferred – Like Franklin, Bisping, Rob Macdonald, Ed Herman, Cote, Okami…

I’m a little worried that Hendo might suffer… the same fate as Tito and Hughes (i.e Become too reliant on Wrestleing)

Either way… I hope Hendo comes through with a win and gets another shot at Silva!

with all the match ups i would like to see dan in this is not one of them, henderson should win but this guy is dangerous and dan’s loses usually come by submission’s.i would prefer to see him fight franklin or move back up to 205.
