UFC 86: Josh Koscheck vs. Chris Lytle?

By CagE | March 25, 2008

josh koscheck vs diego sanchez

MMAMania has learned that The Ultimate Fighter 1 veteran Josh Koscheck could possibly be taking on fellow TUF veteran Chris Lytle at UFC 86 on July 5 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The report goes on to say that the fight is in the early stages of discussion and nothing has been signed.

Koscheck still has to re-negotiate his contract with the UFC before he fights again.

Koscheck won his last fight by TKO in the second round against Dustin Hazelett at UFC 82 “Pride Of A Champion”. This was his first win since losing to Georges St. Pierre at UFC 74 in August of last year.

kos should win this one but with his improving stand up he might make the mistake of standing with lytle.

KOS should win easily if he sticks to what he is good @ he can be a better ground n pound guy than HUGHES if he stops trying to be CHUCK: standing and stopping the take down. If he stands with Lytle he can get KO”D he hasn’t traded w/ any experienced strikers and against GSP there was no real exchanges.

Both fighters looked really good in their last fight and I think this is a good matchup by the UFC. I’m picking Kos based on his athleticism.

KOS should win easily, 1th or second round TKO; don’t see it going 3 rounds. YES I can’t stand the guy too. Trying to piss on a man while he is sleeping (don’t like that) but the better in fighter should win and KOS is a better fighter then lytle.

    FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!1
