His future looks very promising and there are several alluring matchups on the horizon (Dan Henderson, Rich Franklin, Thales Leites, Nate Marquardt, or Martin Kampmann).

shit i would love to see micheal fight any of them.. those are the top middle weight and micheal needs to beat one of them to make it to the tittle shot

Miragliotta stopped the Wierdum/Vera fight to early. He did the same thing last week on CBS Primetime. Its not right when fighters train their asses off for these fights.

it is bull that alves came into the fight 4 lbs over. it is very disrespectful and unprofessional and he doesn’t deserve a title shot because it would have been a much different fight had he made weight and cut 4 more lbs because he would of been physically drained. i liked him before but this is unacceptable and he should only make whatever he got for taking the fight not the win bonus. ufc needs to step up and give it to charity or spread it to a more deserving fighter

i agree Onyx.. Alves dont make weight also even joe said alves looked even biggger and idk alves was already super big bro so how did he get bigger???

also swick might be in line for the tittle next.. i would like to see mike vs micheal haha very good fight right there or swick vs chris leban because they have fight before and were on the same TUF season..
