UFC 85 News: James Irvin Injured, Rashad Evans to take on Luis Cane

By CagE | May 20, 2008

The UFC announced today that light heavyweight James Irvin (14-4) has injured his foot in training and will not be able to compete against Rashad Evans (11-0-1) at UFC 85 “Back to Bedlam”. Replacing him will be Luis Cane (7-1), who lost his UFC debut to James Irvin by disqualification after kneeing Irvin in the face on the ground at UFC 79.

UFC 85 “Back to Bedlam” is set for June 7 from the O2 Arena in London, England.
