Gonzaga vs. Werdum

According to GracieMag, Gabriel Gonzaga will step back in the cage at UFC 80 against Fabricio Werdum. Besides Randy Couture, Fabricio Werdum is the only fighter to defeat Gabriel Gonzaga. Werdum Knocked out Gonzaga in the third round of Jungle Fight 1 in 2003.

The two black belts will battle it out at UFC 80 in Newcastle, England in January.

Marco Alvan, leader of Team Link confirmed today exclusively to GRACIEMAG.com that the battle between the black belts will take place in January, at UFC 80, in Newcastle, England.

    Ill be honest here. I dont really care for Fabricio too much. Especially after his horrible performance aginst Arlovski where he actually slppaed instead of punching.That ruined it for me right there. I think Gonzaga will destroy him. Not that Gonzaga is Great but lets face it,he is a lot better than werdum.
