UFC 78 News: Spencer Fisher vs. Frank Edgar Proposed

Reported by Iowa MMA Report, Spencer Fisher has been offered a contract to fight Frank Edgar at UFC 78. No contract has been signed, but the fight should be a good match up for Fisher to get back into the title picture.
