  1. Any fighter making 3000 to fight in the UFC is bull. Rashaad making only 1600 is bull too.

  2. yeah i agree rashad should make around 40,000 or 50,000 probally.

Tito should be making around 210,000 even though he isnt a top 3 fighter like he thinks he is a very big fan favorite and money maker because his bad boy image and I think he is good for the sport.

  3. Florian should be making more too.

  4. I'm speachless! What a joke. Rashad @ 16K??? And Bonnar, whose fight wasn't even aired gets double! Are these fighters hands tied? Are Rashads negotiating skills that bad? I wonder how it works.

Along with the payouts I'd also like to see just how much was raked in through pay per view and ticket sales. Dana White has puppets on a string – must be nice.

    This just pisses me off!!

  5. All I know is that one PPV costs 40-50 dollars. I'm guessing the UFC would make something like $20 profit, just from me alone. Does anyone have a guess on how much they clear from one PPV?

Anyway, I go around to people just in my neighborhood and easily collect how much some of these guys are getting paid.

Oh and heres something else. Guess what the average salary is for a fighter in the UFC. Just about $24,000 a year. Man, you can make that doing any job and these guys put it on the line for a show.

  6. Meatmallet says:

I would immagine when their contract is signed for say 5 fights for XX ammount of dollars over 2 years that it is divided up between each fight. Either way 3,000 aint much for 3 or 4 months of training.

  7. No kidding, 3 or 4 grand for a fight is nothing. And there are a lot of fighters on this card that walked away with that check.

  8. By the way, look at the payouts. Do you think its a coincidence that the people who make the most moeny are always the winner of the match. I'm starting to see setup written all over this stuff now.

  9. The pay outs don't even make sense. Rashad got screwed big time! Tito was paid 120k MORE than Silva. What the f*ck is that shit. Tito is FAR from being a champ title holder & he gets paid more. What a racket they have going on. I PPVed these fights to see Silva, Rashad, & Bonnar & they were paid shit. These fighters need a union or someone to negotiate their pay. So I'm making Dana White one rich bastard off the sweat of these warriors, makes me want to throw up. UFC SUCKS!

  10. Look at Sean Sherk. He is the light Weight Champion and he only got paid $28,000 while Heath Herring (who has lost 2 of his last three fights) gets $70,000. This is messed up.

  11. Silva- $90,000. (CHAMP)

    Sherk- $28,000. (CHAMP)

    Tito- $210,000. (CHUMP)

UFC has their priorities f*uck up. Is it about who SELLS or who WINS? I guess this pay out pretty much answered that question. I'd much rather WATCH a fight than to LISTEN to a fight. If Tito would have backed up his mouth, I might could stomach all this. But to cheat, gas out, & come up with a draw against a relative newbee & STILL get more than double both Champs put together. Who can blame Tito, he's gonna milk it for all it's worth. I blame myself for supporting all this. The more I know , the madder I get.

    Ignorrants is Bliss!

This needs to become a bigger issue in the MMA world…Dana is always talking about how corrupt boxing is – but what he's doing is just as screwed up! Zuffa has duked us out of a ton of dream matches because of this crap – don't get me wrong, I AM greatful for the UFC, but considering how much $$$ they are rakin' in, their payouts are a disgrace to the sport!!

  13. Juan Blanco says:

Is this really accurate? I don't know what is going on.. Any champ should be making more than Tito! He can't even finish anymore and that fight was sorry. The champs should be paid at least 100K…

  14. Does anyone know how many pay per views were ordered?

  15. Good question! Hell, just the people in attendance would have paid these guys. It's an outrageous amount to go to the fights. It's hard to imagine the total amount brought in but I'd sure like to know as well.

  16. markjimbo says:

Rashad only 16K before taxes are taken out —– OUCH!!! That's gotta hurt more than anything Tito can dish out!

  17. Meatmallet says:

Jude no doubt! If anyone has looked at the price of ringside and floor seats are now between $400 to $1000 bucks. Wont take long to pay off the 5 of the guys who lost their fights their grand total of $17000 between them.

  18. Ultimate47 says:

The paychecks of the UFC are a total joke. I do not see how they can justify paying a fighter who is not a champion double or if not more than double. At the end of the day. The only reason why i actually watch the UFC, is because thats all i have access to. If i had a choice in the matter i wouldnt. Its a total farce. People endanger them selves and get paid shitty for it. Sherk, is the man. Silva is the man. Pay your fighters what they are worth!!!

  19. At most the highest sport CEO…nfl, mlb, hockey, whatever. Makes less than 10 times of the average salary of his players.

Let me ask you this. If the UFC average salary is 24 grand. Do you really think Dana is only making 240,000 dollars a year?
