UFC 73: Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira To Take On Heath Herring

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Heath Herring
The UFC Announced that “NOG” will take on Heath Herring at UFC 73 “Stacked” at the ARCO Arena in Sacramento, Calif. This came after weeks of speculation that Nogueira would take on Brandon Vera in his UFC Debut. Nogueria has defeated Herring twice previously in Pride Fc. Once by decision and the other by an anaconda choke. A little disappointing, but Herring is a well respected striker, and this match up should be a good first bout for Nogueira. UFC 73 is living up to its name “Stacked” as one of the best cards of the year.
