TUF veterans Joe “Daddy” Stevenson and Australian Jiu-Jitsu standout George Sotiropoulos are in talks to fight a the first ever UFC card in Australia.

Sotiropoulos, who was born and grew up in Geelong, Victoria Australia, is on a four fight winning streak in the UFC following his experience in The Ultimate Fighter season 6 reality show.

He recently put on a BJJ clinic on MMA veteran Jason Dent, securing the Armbar victory at UFC 106 “Ortiz vs Griffin 2″.

Stevenson recently showed Spencer Fisher who the daddy is, beating him down with elbows to secure the submission (due to strikes) victory over the MMA veteran at UFC 104.

Stevenson has been fighting nothing but the UFC’s top lightweights since August of 2007, will likely pose a big challenge to the Aussie fighter.
