UFC 108: Sean Sherk vs Rafaello Oliveira

Sean Sherk breaks the news that he will be fighting Rafaello “Tractor” Oliverira at UFC 108 on Jan. 2 in Las Vegas.
Sherk has lost two of his last three fights inside the Octagon, since testing positive for steroids following his UFC 73 fight with Hermes Franca.
“I’m fighting January 2 against Rafaello Oliveira … I haven’t studied him yet, but I know he has fought my training partner Nick Lentz in Dallas. Lentz beat him, and he’s been able to give me some good advice on him.”
Oliveira (9-2) is a virtual unknown, losing his UFC debut to Nick Lentz at UFC 103.
Something else interesting, Sherk (33-4-1) doesn’t want a rematch with Frankie Edgar,
“To be honest with you, I’m not really interested in fighting him again. I’d rather fight the big guns. I’d love to fight B.J., Kenny, or Diego. Somebody like that.”
Frankie Edgar out pointed the “Muscle Shark” Sean Sherk, winning the unanimous decision at UFC 98.

the big guns?? frankie edgar will fight for the title 1 day he’s looking slick and outclassed sherk. Sherk is 1 deminsional to be a contender again at 155, if he cud make 145 he’l be a monster, id like to see him fight pulver

As long as he uses his wrestling, Sherk will dominate. He really needs to quit using his “Boxing”

yeah he has alrite techincal boxing skills but simply has no power in his hands, stick to laying on peoples chests for 15 mins
