By CagE | June 7, 2007

According to a conversation with the Houston Chronicle, Dana White denied the Marlon Sims. vs. Noah Thomas fight and said that he was just informed of the fight yesterday. Earlier in the week Spike TV announced that the two backyard brawlers will face off on the finale of The Ultimate Fighter. White had these harsh word’s to say:
“Mistakes happen. I didn’t find out about it until yesterday. We make mistakes over here … it’s unfortunate.”
“They’re not fighting on the finale,” said UFC President Dana White. “Not only are they not fighting in the finale, they’ll never fight in the UFC. Spike wanted that fight. It ain’t gonna happen. No (expletive) way is that fight going to happen. Those guys will never fight in the UFC - ever.”

I don’t know, I kinda wanted to see them fight legit. I pretty much think that Marlon would be submitted in the end.

I dont think Simms is good enough to fight in the UFC and Thomas wasn’t really interesting to me either. I can see the interest in this fight for the reality, but as far as seeing a good fight, I don’t think it would be interesting.
