Strikers Paul “Semtex” Daley and Scott Smith have verbally agreed to fight at Strikeforce “Henderson vs Babalu” on Dec. 4th in St. Louis, according to MMAWeekly. Smith will make the drop in weight to meet Daley at 170 lbs.
