UFC 96 “Jackson vs. Jardine” goes back to Ohio for a UFC light heavyweight contendership bout between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and “The Dean of Mean” Keith Jardine. With a win at UFC 96, Rampage would be primed to get a chance at Rashad Evans and his lost UFC light heavyweight belt.
The Ultimate Fighter winner Ryan Bader (8-0) is expected to take on Carmelo Marrero (10-2) at UFC Fight Night 18 on April 1, according to FiveOuncesofPain.
Bader, an Arizona State University wrestling standout, will look to build off of his impressive TKO win over Jui-Jitsu phenom Vinicius Magalhaes at The Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale.
This will be Marrero’s first time back in the UFC after being dropped from the orginization after losing two in a row to Gabriel Gonzaga and Wilson Gouveia at UFC 71.

The Ultimate Fighting Championships has put together a historic fight between 3-time UFC champion Randy Couture and wrestling sensation Brock Lesnar for what is expected to be one of the best selling Pay-Per-View’s in UFC history.
