what has been up with Joe Diesel Riggs lately ? he hasnt done well as of lately …or is he not the fighter i thought he was?

He’s just an up and down fighter. He’s been that way for as long as I’ve been watching him.

josh rosenthal stopped the riggs fight too early. he wasn’t taking much damage and he was protecting himself on the ground.

Very bad stop. Riggs wasn’t in that much trouble.

Riggs belongs in the smaller organizations. He just isnt up to par come fight time. I never really thought he was too great and all he has been doing is proving me right.

misaki is a highly ranked fighter so losing to him does not mean riggs suicks, misaki has a win over henderson and it was the 2nd round not 1st and riggs dropped him as well.

I agree with boith roy and steve…yes misaki is good but I also think riggs was just over-hyped. I never thought he was that good. He is the perfect example of somneone that is Ok at a lot of things but does not excell at any of them.

i agree business, i wasn’t trying to say rigs is good just that losing to misaki doesn’t mean you suck.he is a solid mid pack fighter not near the top but well above the bottom.

he lost because they stopped the fight, but yeah i thought it was early no dout he could have continued,i am not syaing he would have made it out of there but he was not out cold and he was defending.

thats awesome dakotah when i met joe he was an awesome guy and just wanted to drink a beer and talk he seems like a real down to earth guy and i hope he gets back on track.

Roy I wasnt saying Riggs belongs in lower shows because he lost to Misaki but on the same hand I think u think Misaki is better then he is. Misaki would do great in EliteXc but in the UFC I think he would be 3 and out. But hopefully the UFC signs him and we will find out.

Oh and I was saying Riggs belongs in lower shows because he is good enough to beat the locals but when it comes to top guys he dont have a chance. So he should fight in the middle of all that. Like Strikeforce. He bleongs there as long as he doesnt lose again there he wont get dropped lol but with him u never know.
