Steven Seagal On Jimmy Kimmel LIVE

7th degree black belt Steven Seagal takes on Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about his revolutionary work with Anderson Silva and Lyoto Michida.

“I am teaching Anderson Silva, Lyoto Machida. I show them, you know, a lot. Not everything I know, but I show them punches and what we call Ashi Sabaki, which means how you move with your feet, how you enter, hand angles, joints, but mostly I’m teaching them kicks and punches. There is a signature kick that I’ve taught them that they’ve knocked champions out with and won world championships with. I’m asking them to kick to the face and the head with that kick. I don’t think it hurts because you’re asleep. It might hurt when you wake up.”

Seagal is everywhere these days, knocking out cartel members in Arizona, teaching UFC champions how to punch AND kick and patrolling the back roads of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

Comments

  1. Segal is a joke. He acts like he was the first person to invent the front kick. Trust me Anderson Silva learned that way before he came around to take some glory for himself.

  2. G.B.Hamerick says:

I wonder if that was the kick he taught silva to knock out belfort. But alas lyota still has a lot to learn from seagal i suppose.
