ShoXC News: Alvarez Makes His Showtime Debut

Eddie Alverez makes his first Showtime debut since signing a three fight contract with EliteXC. Alvarez, a local favorite, will take on the Hawaiian Ross “The Boss” Ebanez.
Other bouts on the card include TUF veteran Sammy Morgan vs. Cage Rage veteran Paul Daley. Morgan is coming off had fought loss to Cung Le at Strikeforce’s Four Man Tournament card in November.
Also featured is a women’s bout between Julie Kadzie and Tonya Evinger. Both Kadzie and Evinger have losses to EliteXC’s Gina Carano in 2007.
ShoXC takes place tonight around 11pm EST on Showtime from the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, N.J.

Hell yeah! Julie Kedzie is hot! The Alverez fight could be pretty good, but the last fight I saw him in was pretty slow paced right after he was coming off his loss to Nick Thompson.
