i wan’t sure about how truthful he was when he rated himself on 1 to 10 until they asked about confidence…and 11 is definitely frank shamrock.

Its funny to watch this interview and his old interview back to back because he is so cocky now. He is still a great fighter and I wouldn’t be suprised if he finds a way to dominate Cung Le.

yeah the back to back interviews were great. during the shamrock-hendo interview, frank actually talked like a professional — humble, gracious, and like a champ. now he is just so full of himself, so cocky, and has a big ego (to make up for small cock probably). anyway, i wish i could make fun of frank more, but i have to admit that he knows his MMA… or his “martial arts” as he calls it. frank is still young at 35, and i would love to see him fight at 170 or 185 in the UFC. unfortunately, that would never him. i would love to see rich franklin vs frank shamrock. frank wouldn’t last wish anderson silva; i don’t think anyone can at this point.

I think that if anyone can stop Anderson Silva, it would be Frank Shamrock….Silva can be taken down and pounded pretty often…as proven by Henderson and Lutter…he’s not unbeatable….Henderson should have stopped Silva in that first round, but he let him go……Shamrock wouldnt make that same mistake, he’s way too conditioned, and to smart and experienced at championship level..

i agree with badluck. frank shamrock has a reason to be cocky; he is very good. he whipped the crap out of dan henderson in a grappling match when he was 25; his transitions were oh so smooth and quick. i feel like shamrock has an outstanding ground game. his striking is average, but certainly has improved over the years. cung le definitely has the advantage on the feet, but if shamrock can take cung down, it will be over.
