Raw Las Vegas Interview With Frank Mir

Raw Las Vegas was able to catch up with former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir at Grapplers Quest. Mir talks about his upcoming fight with Brock Lesnar at UFC 81: Breaking Point. Mir is a huge underdog in a fight with Lesnar who has only had one MMA fight.

Great video and interviews. Grapplers Quest in Vegas is crazy. Its almost like Hoop it Up for grapplers because they have everyone on the mat all at once, you have your ref, and it goes very fast. Quick match and wait for the next one. Mir is a great fighter and I can’t wait to see what kind of shape he will show up in for the Lesnar fight.

i think mir wants to keep this fight standing, but i bet it will go straight to the ground. lesnar will go for his ground and pound, but mir has some crazy submissions. and as for tim silvia-noguera fight, what a joke. sylvia is still a world class phony.

I’m looking foward to Mir bringing it to Lesnar and proving once and for all that he’s the “Next Big Flop.” Not looking foward to Silvia and Nog at all .

brock lesnar is going to shut all of your mouths i like mir a lot and hopes he has success in the future and come back to the top but thats not gunna happen as long as brock is around… brock has 100x as much heart as frank… mir will have to take brocks arm home with him thats the only way he will win because leg locks will not work brock has tree trunks for legs and a neck the size of mirs head…. i want brock to let mir lock in a triangle and then get power bomb ko’d hahaha i mean the guy can do a backflip and lift the 500 pound bigshow over his head id liek to see him be stopped go for it mir

true Brock is like 100 Horse, he is a strong fuck and mir cant choke him out or leg lock but yes arm bars and thats mir best jj move

Its not going to be an easy fight for either guy. I’m picking Brock because the guy is one of those Wrestling freaks…and at a heavyweight, that is hard to find. Mir is going to have to be smart in this fight and try to bait Brock into a rookie mistake.
