Randy Couture makes an appearance on ESPN Hot List. Randy talks about his preparation and training for UFC 68. Randy is going to make a good spokesman for the UFC, especially since every reporter is obsessed with his age. Get over it. He is a 43 year old UFC Heavyweight Champion. What they should be talking about is his total domination over Tim Sylvia. I never would have picked Randy Couture to defeat Tim Silva with his stand up. Anyway her is the video interview on Espn’s Hot List.
