Rampage Jackson Retiring From The UFC, Again

Those who follow mixed martial arts knows that Quinton Rampage Jackson has been slowly loosing his heart for fighting. After an embarrassing performance against Ryan Bader at UFC Japan, the once PRIDE head hunter is once again screaming retirement. But whats he screaming? Retiring from fighting, no he is apparently sick and tired for the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Jackson tweets,

I will fight who ever they put n front of me, I always have, but it will b my last fight n the ufc, I have other things on my mind. Y should I stay? I don’t need them or anybody else negative dealing with my carrie. I didn’t say I would b done fighting, I just said I’m not fighting 4 the UFC, (u fight cheap) I said I have other things on my mind (big head). MMA ok UFC no ok.

Maybe this rant is a result of Jackson having another bad day. Like when he ranted about Joe Rogan, then later, telling Joe that he was just in a bad mood.

I think Rampage is one of the most entertaining fighters in the sport and hope there is more greatness to come inside the cage.

Wak Wak Wak If he trained as much as he tweeted B)

  2. Iron Monkey says:

He may have just missed his TRT dose. He'll feel better later after his shot.

  3. Who cares. He hasn't even been relevant in two or three years. He doesn't even care.

  4. I would not necessarily agree that he has not been relevant for 2 or 3 years but I do agree that his skills are diminishing and let's face it, he has had a lot of wars in a very long career. He can still be an exciting gate keeper at 205 if he stays focused and interested but he will never come close to winning a title.

  5. Ron Pauly says:

I like Rampage, but that TRT injections are straight up BS. Sanctioned Roids. If you need TRT you are unfit to fight.
