Former UFC Ring Girl Rachelle Leah’s November Playboy issue is set to hit the shelf of your local convenience store this Friday, Oct. 17th.

Their is rumors of her gracing the cage as a ring girl one last time at UFC 90 “Silva vs. Cote” to promote her Playboy cover.
