The official March Badness payouts from the Florida Athletic Commission are in. No surprise, former WWE superstar Bobby Lashley was the top earner on the MMA portion of the card, taking home 40k. Roy Jones Jr’s Square Ring Promotions put on the event so he is expected to pull in 2/3rds of the profits for the event. The total disclosed payout for the event was $217,000.

Bobby Lashey vs. Ken Shamrock Set For March Badness

MMA veteran Ken Shamrock is set to fight former WWE superstar Bobby Lashley at “March Badness”, according to Sherdog.

Shamrock’s manager, Rod Donohoo, confirmed that contracts for the clash between veteran and newcomer were signed on Monday.

March Badness” a hybrid Boxing/MMA show headlined and promoted by Roy Jones Jr. is set for March 21 from the Pensacola Civic Center in Pensacola, Fl.

This will be only be Lashleys second professional fight since turning to MMA last year. In December, Lashley defeated Joshua Franklin in his MMA debut.
