March Badness: Bobby Lashley vs. Jason Guida

The Ultimate Fighter 8 reject Jason Guida (17-19) has agreed to face WWE Superstar Bobby Lashley (1-0) at next weekends Roy Jones promoted “March Badness”, according to Versus.com. Guida will replace Ken Shamrock, who is ineligible to fight after being handed a one year suspension for steroids by the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) earlier this week.

Jason Guida, brother of UFC lightweight Clay Guida is best known for getting kicked out of the eight season of TUF after not being able to make weight for his first fight.

March Badness is set for March 21st from the from the Pensacola Civic Center in Pensacola, Florida. It can be seen live or on PPV for $29.99.

Ken Shamrock Test Positive For Steroids, Suspended One Year

The worlds most dangerous man, Ken Shamrock has tested positive for steroids following his fight with Ross Clifton at Wargods show on Feb. 13th. The California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) announced the news that Shamrock tested positive for three banned substances – Norandrosterone, Noretiocholanolone, and Stanozolol.

The commission has suspended Shamrock for ONE year and fined $2,500. In addition, his fight with WWE superstar Bobby Lashley at Roy Jones Jr. “March Badness” on March 21st is now off.

Shamrock manager Rod Donohoo denies his fighter was juicing:

“Ken was taking legal over-the-counter products, and based upon our preliminary research, I’m investigating if those products were the result of these findings … Ken is willing to submit to immediate testing in Sacramento to prove his innocence,”
