MMA Live: UFC 104, Judging and Marcus Jones

  1. I had it 4-1 Shogun just like Florian. Machida did win the 3rd but like they both said Shogun won. Rashad may have gaiven Machida the second b/c of his last KO loss to him. Florian breaks down the fight perfect. Then rashad says another great thing. Its hard to ee hiow the judges gave machida a una dec. I am still pissed lol. REMATCH tomorrow. Wait Machida has no contact for 60 days and he cant even walk. HAHA

  2. After Further review by the MMA community and critics the fight was alot closer than appeared to be by peoples first time watching it. Bottom line machida did just enough to win and Rua didnt do enough to win he never tried to finish the fight while Machida did at least twice during his arsenal. Neither fighter chose to show the judges during the last min to 30 sec why they should win the round…they just played patty cake most of the time. Its a toss up but in my eyes and i was there live i though Machida won basing it upon the scoring if your going to score it on leg kicks alone than Rua won but Rua didnt do anything to finish the fight he got stumped on takedown attempts and never did he once try to finish Machida where Machida came at Rua with a barrage of kicks, knees and punches that backed Rua up mutliple times.

  3. totally agree steve every mma analist on there agreed with us thats all im gunna say i couldn't care less about convincing TIM lmao.

  4. LOL at tim. Machida was trying to finish the fight?? So I guess defendin takedwons earns you more points than attempting them. Thats what your saying. Machida throwing recklessly and missing doesnt earn points sorry tim. You probally think he was more accurate to. But the facts are Shogun landed more, caused more damage, controlled the octagon and was cheered by the audience and everyone their but you. Oh well like I said there is always those chosen few mma fans that just really dont understand what they are watching. Oh well sigh…

  5. there*
