Matt Hughes H.I.T Squad Grand Opening
By CagE | February 10, 2008

Its Official Matt Hughes High Intensive Training (H.I.T) Squad held its official grand opening of their new gym in Granite City, Illinois, only a few miles from downtown St. Louis.
In true Midwest fashion, among the prizes being raffled away were two DPMS rifles, Matt Hughes bestselling book and a camouflage wrestling mat like the ones that cover the floor at the HIT gym.
Matt Hughes left Pat Miletich’s team with teammates Robbie Lawler and trainer Marc Fiore, to be closer to his family.

I wonder if his book is any good? I just bought the BJ Penn book and so far its really good. It takes you through all of the aspects of MMA from striking to jujitsu. He walks you through techniques with pictures showing you every step of the way.
