Krazy Talk: KJ Noons Calls Out Pacquiao and Mayweather

KJ Noons must be drunk if he thinks he has a shot against Pacquiao or Mayweather.

“I would love to welcome Pacquiao into MMA. It would be an ideal situation for him because I don’t take guys down to the ground, and after that’s all said and done in the cage, I would be willing to step inside of the ring with him too, something we all knew Randy Couture wouldn’t do with James Toney. I know Floyd (Mayweather) isn’t looking to do MMA, but I would still be willing to fight Mayweather and Pacquiao in a boxing match and both camps have been reached, so we will see what happens. I will put it this way, both camps have been reached and both camps were very interested.” [FightHype]

All this from a guy who was knocked out cold by Krazy Horse in his EliteXC debut.

Noons can start on that road to relevancy with a win over Nick Diaz at Strikeforce “Diaz vs Noons 2″ on Oct. 9th in San Jose.

Comments

  1. Iron Monkey says:

Noons wins the mma fights 7-8 times out of 10. Krazy Horse is an explosive fighter and anything can happen in a fight. Noons' fight with Diaz can only make him look better. Diaz is a top 5 welterweight. He'll be back in the UFC soon enough. There is no shame in a well fought loss to Diaz.

  2. Agreed, but calling out the top pro boxers is just lame
