Kenny Florian vs Joe Stevenson Slated For November At UFC 91

MMAWeekly is reporting that UFC contender Kenny “ken-flo” Florian (10-3) will take on Joe “Daddy” Stevenson (29-8) at a unannounced UFC rumored for November 15th in Portland Oregon.
sources indicate that both have accepted the bout and contracts are pending.
Kenny Florian is coming off the biggest win of his career, dominating Roger Huerta at UFC 87.
Joe “Daddy” is also coming off a submission victory over American Top Team lightweight Gleison Tibau at UFC 86.
The winner will likely get a shot at the UFC lightweight tile after BJ Penn takes on Georges St. Pierre for the UFC welterweight belt.
It has been rumored that the UFC was headed for Oregon in 2008. Weather this will replace the long rumored Montreal UFC, now that GSP wants the rest of the year off or the UFC will again stack the two cards in November.
UPDATE: The card is now rumored for UFC 91 on November 15th from the Rose Garden Arena in Portland, Oregon.

should be a good fight but i think kenflow has it

I think Stevenson can actually take this. It will for sure go to the ground and I think Stevensons strength and wrestling can help make up for what he lacks in BJJ compared to florian. Either way, it’ll still be a great fight. Florian is incappable of being a boring fighter.
