The first Kos and Sanchez fight outside of the show was boring. Kos held his hand out so Diego couldn’t get close at all. I think there was, what, one takedown? I think their next meeting would be different because Koscheck’s standup has evolved greatly. I also think he could beat Matt Hughes. Koscheck’s standup is, in my opinion, better, he has the conditioning and good takedown defense. I think the only clear area where Hughes beats him is strength. Either way, it would be good to watch.

Anyone who says Koscheck wouldn’t beat Hughes is nuts. I like them both…always have been a big Hughes fan. However, Koscheck is a much better wrestler. Hughes was a Div I All American. Koscheck is a 3 Time Div I Champion…huge difference there. Kos has also evolved his stand up game to a much higher level. On cardio, they’re equal and they are both intelligent fighters. Hughes is probably stronger but in everything else, Kos has the advantage. I love them both. Hughes opened the door for guys like Kos.

Kos is never going to fight Hughes or Fitch. A fight against Marcus Davis would be very good and I hope the UFC can set that up next.

anyone who says kos wont be around much longer is a straight up moron… you dont have to liek the guy but he is super talented, only has 2 loses, and is very young. kos is one of danas first tuf’ers he aint going nowhere. i dont like him but dont kid urself by thinking he will be outta the ufc anytime soon.

Kos is a great wrestler and has shown some improving stand up skills, but i agree with steveo.
All the trash he was saying about GSP and then got beat at his own game.
The Diego Sanchez fight was hyped up to be a grudge match when really the only thing was neither fighter wanted to loose to the other.
Im not a huge fan of Kos but i understand he is an excellent athlete, i just think that if you put him up against Hughes or Fitch it will be a bad night for Kos and they’re the men at the top. I think his next fight should be against someone like Marcus Davis because surely he is somewhere around the top 5 welter’s.

I think Kos wont be around much longer, hes heading down the road to try and make more money. Most UFC fans arent the biggest KOS fans cause he acted like a F*&%Head on the TUF show, its hard for me to support a guy who, even though a good fighter, has proved on national televison thats hes a puke. I just dont think hes staying, he had a chance to be a mainstay in that weightclass for a long time, but I think after he went on and on about how he was gonna out wrestle GSP and talking all kinds of trash and then went out and got his doors blown off by the same GSP he was supposed to dominate iced hes departure from the UFC.

I Like Kos, hes a great wrestler and is an improving fighter. I definitly think he should fight Hughes before he fights Diego. I think Josh would beat Hughes because he is much quicker and I think he has better stand up, but it would be a great fight to watch. I bet he would beat Sanchez again too but I’m not sure, it all depends on how Diego is training and what he is training on

Koscheck vs Hughes might be worth watching but Hughes has the advantage in being the bigger man. Koscheck is actual trying to expand his game and not just stick with his strength wrestling. If Koscheck could find a way to keep it standing Hughes could be in trouble. Hughes vs Serra still has some fire to it that will probly happen also.

It’s funny that Kos talks about Hughes game not evolving off his back yet we saw what Pierre did to Kos punk ass…..put his ass on his back and Kos couldn’t do shit. Not sure why he talks so much shit about Diego either…..that fight sucked (just like most of his) and he didn’t look very impressive. In their first fight during the show Diego beat his fucking ass to the point he couldn’t stand and his face looked like raw hamburger……Fuck Kos…he’s not as good as he thinks he is!

i thought kos looked pretty good in his last fight his stand up has gotten alot better and he got rocked and kept fighting.i think him and diego are pretty evenly matched kos better stand up and diego better bjj so a thrid fight would not be bad.i think hughes is no match for gsp but can still beat most of the other ww and at this stage in his career would not fight kos cause he is going to fight maybe serra and one more fight(a big name) and call it quits.
