Jardine out pointed Liddell for the most part from what I saw. He's a good fighter but Liddell walked out of that fight looking better than Jardine did.

Houston is one of my close friends. He most definately is no joke trust me. Jardine is a bad ass dude. Houston handled him like he stole his lunch. haha. Houston is a very down to earth guy that would never take any opponent lightly. I sure as hell hope that no one else takes him lightly because that will be a BIG mistake. The UFC just gained a great fighter and as far as im concerned he will bring back the same type of life to the UFC that Tito Ortiz did. Just wait and see! -Titus

if you watch the film again, CLEARLY houston has an innate sense of what weapon to use from his arsenal of offensive moves. when he got knocked backwards, he immediately went for the double leg takedown while his opponent was up top looking for a hook. then, while his opponent was trying to lock up with houston after being hurt by houston's right hook, houston then caught his opponent clear as day, bypassing his obstructed angle to his face, by going around and under with a devestating, ala Mike Tyson leg-thrusting upper-cut. he again used this same barrage of punches, hook hook hook hook UPPERCUT to take him down again. my favorite was when the right handed houston then came in with the left knee, demonstrating his ambidextrous fluidity. And it was ONLY FITTING, that he END his opponent with the punch that took his opponent down twice just seconds earlier - the upper-cut. Mouth-piece out...end transmission.

I have to give it to Jardine for standing so long. He took some heavy blows, a lot of them. Congrats to Alexander, he looks like a tough contender. What can I say, this sport is craazzzzzyyyyyy!
