does anyone think frank shamrock should be in the top 10 middleweights? his jui jitsu is pretty amazing, and he does everything pretty good. conditioning is also superb.

his fight with baroni did not impress me while he won by knock ot they both looked like rock and sock um robots anderson, hendo, franklin, and ill even go as far as saying bisping and tanner i think could beat shamrock… he just took so much time off and isnt quite in the swing of things yet… but i do think he could be a top fighter again but not by fighting chumps like he is doing now… i hope fedor doesnt follow in his footsteps from being so impressive and then tying to live off of his past accomplishments forever. frank shamrock needs to stop holding grudges with dana white and come back to the ufc and prove himself… while i dont think rich franklin will leave the ufc anytime soon if he did i think it would be hilarious if he smashed on shamrock
