Elite is making some bad moves and they are trying to get any attention they can. The Noons Hawaii event was great and that didn’t get much attention, but the Kimbo CBS show did. I think Noons’ manager and Jared Shaw just want their 15 minutes of fame.

It would suck to lose Noons to boxing since that is so boring. But I wouldn’t blame him if he does that when you favor a chump like Diaz for some bigger ratings. In my mind the champion should have more credability than the challenger.

Agree with u morey and Andre. It dont benefit KJ at all to fight Diaz again he has already proven he can beat him.And if the money and bad promoting wsnt enough Diaz is one of those morons that will talk shit even if u beat him up 4 times.

Why do these MMA promoters think that they have to be like Dana White to do business and make money? Jared Shaw didn’t have to try to get into every press interview bashing a champion. They let Diaz and his camp spoil the Noons victory in Hawaii like some bad WWE episode ending. I wouldn’t fight Diaz after he pulled that shit.

This only proves once again how poorly EliteXC treats there fighters KJ Noons is the defending Champ , so why should he be forced to fight someone he already beat, is it because there is nobody else to fight, No its because EliteXc needs to push there Ratings and make money They dont care about the integrity of the sport or what is good Match making.

What are u guys talking about. His explanation is pathetic. The guy is the champion and he has openly refused to fight on two CBS cards. the whole thing sounds like he is just jealous of nick diaz. Diaz is a draw, he has fought some of the top fighters in the world, all the news sites want to get an interview with him after his rambling sherdog interview.

KJ didn’t beat him legitimately, he might have been winning at the time but winning the title by a cut is instant grounds for a rematch in my book, especially in elite. the guy thinks by wining a vacant elite lightweight title by TKO-cut and beating yves Edwards who was contemplating retiring after losing three in a row. he thinks hes a draw like chuck liddell.

Dumbass, you cant buy exposure like the CBS cards. take that exposure and go do boxing or negotiate with another mma promotion.

one more thing, saying you want to be a boxer then calling out Gary Shaw, one of the biggest promoters in boxing is not the best thing for your career.
