Good story about Diaz. You’re right, he is always exciting and always brings a ton of intensity to his fights. I’m glad he entered this fight with respect instead of hating his opponent, I think that gave him a clear mind when he fought. I used to train in the Jackson camp so I heard all of the Diaz hate stories for Diego Sanchez. But there are two sides and I really like both Diaz brothers, they are true warriors.

Yeah Diaz looked really good. Sometimes, Diaz comes out flat, but then there are times when he just kicks ass. I think he is misunderstood at times. A couple years ago at a BJJ tournament, I won a gold medal, and he he came up to me, introduced himself and congratulated me. I had never met the guy and did not understand why he did that other than that some of the guys that were with me were BJJ legends. I thought that was so cool. I like his fighting style a lot. He can either submit you or KO you. He is agressive and he likes to compete. Cesar Gracie has a great Team. Like him or hate him, win or lose, you never see a boring Diaz fight.
