Dana is right,plain and simple…, Fedor is the man,eventually the UFC will make a fight happen with Fedor & Couture ,ELITEXC is a over produced attempt to compete with the ufc,and the competeion is great for UFC, but AFFLICTION is the show to look out for, Shaw will run ELIEXC into the ground, I’d be suprised if they are still here this time next year.

probably most mma fans right now hate the ground game but the guys who comment on this site aren’t those people. i come here because these guys know mma. so trust me we appreciate bjj. i did boxing and martial arts since i was a kid and bjj for the past 3 years. so right now i’m more excited to see it go to the ground because its newer for me.

Very funny dane truth is most of you’s love this game because of it’s brutality not because “Wow good jiu-jitsu skills” most of the UFC’s fighters just love going toe to toe just like Kimbo. Rampage, Chuck, Arlovski, Tim Silvia, Belfort, Wand do I really need to go on and most of you start booing if their on the floor grappling for 2 minutes, please, appreciate the art of BJJ, okay. You guys are just bobbleheads to Dana thats all and know nothing about MMA. Yeah Dana is going to talk smack but everyone has a bad day are all the people Kimbo knocked out before fake, hell no 100% real his style is to knock your head off your shoulders and if he went to grapple you guys would boo. The UFC just has most of the popular fighters we know for now but lets wait and see what Affliction will bring next, can anyone say Fedor this guy will knock your head into an other galaxy.

You may feel that pride was the best thing to come out of MMA but zuffa didnt destroy it.
They tried to ressurect Pride but they couldn’t get anyone to do business with them in Japan.
And NO, before you try and say it;
it wasn’t because Japanese officials didn’t like Dana, it was because of the stigma attached to pride for being associated with the yakuza and all of the poor business arrangements that fell apart like their TV deal.. and the VP of pride comitting suicide.
and did you forget the part where it was later found out that pride officials were also known/accused of rigging fights? (check rampage’s testimony)
Dana and Zuffa didnt do a damn thing to pride,
Pride destroyed itself and Zuffa just bought the leftover scraps.
I’ll always miss Pride and think it was the best but I have no delusions of what happened.
Learn your history before you rant sir, otherwise you just end up looking like a know nothing opinionated keyboard warrior.
