Penn got spanked, It was glorious to watch! Who said GSP was over rated? GSP absolutely dominated Penn and its because GSP is a far superior athlete, its really that simple! OH CANADA!

too many bj haters! they are both great fighters and i give both full respect. anyone who thinks this will be a lopsided fight is smoking crack! i think bj will come out on top because his better standup (boxing) and his ability to catch you in a submission from any position. yes his cardio might be a factor but remember this, GSP does have a glass jaw and when he gets rattled or thrown off his game plan he has a hard time getting back on track. the ONLY reason why bj lost the first fight is because of his cardio. bj all the way baby!! HAWAIIAN!!

and another one for the crack smokers i think alves would give GSP a very tough fight, GSP would definitely not walk all over him that’s for sure!

So is this fight still on? IT seems though they predict 10 fights ahead they keep changing things and I too agree some fighters are out of the picture for way too long. If the real GSO shows even Brock Lesnar couldnt beat him. I predict the Ganja will catch up with BJ and he will go back to growing the green stuff and no longer making big green in the UFC.

Basically, I don’t think anyone can say it will not be an entertaining fight, and I like them both, I just see BJ coming out on top.

I agree. Not to mention, everyone thought GSP was going to walk through Serra during their first fight, but look what happened. Sure, GSP has improved a good deal since then, but it still happened. You can call it a fluke or you can call it a well executed plan, but the bottom line is that in THAT fight, Serra outclassed him on his feet. Just because GSP has improved, doesn’t mean BJ cannot adapt to him in the cage. GSP has much better wrestling, but BJ has much better BJJ. They both have their strengths. I’ll bet anything as well, his conditioning will look a lot better than the first time they fought.

James, while i respect your opinion, not being a fan of someone is certainly no reason to underestimate him. BJ is an amazing fighter at ANY WEIGHT CLASS, he fought Machida i think in 2004(not positive on year) when Machida weighed 205 and BJ 170 and lost a very close but UD…

GSP is amazing and HAS certainly gotten better since his first win over BJ, and I agree, he certainly won, however, you can see that BJ can and will box with GSP, probably a better “pure boxer” in regards to Jabs and footwork, GSP certainly has an edge in leg kicks and power… However, NO ONE is getting Knocked out in this fight…

First one to make a major mistake on the ground loses this fight by submission cause they are both just too darn good and fast on the ground… I personally think BJ wins… you don’t and that is cool… i think is GSP is a classy champion and either way, i think it will be a great fight
