I agree it seems to me like Mir isnt such a great guy and it is really showing through on the show, not helping his cuase much to win over any fans.

Kev: you are right about the ufc….mostly a bunch of wanna be gangstas that popped up and started to exercise a bit so they can brawl in an organization. Respecting the martial arts status is a must to become a true fighter. A true example of wannabe gangsta is the JUNIE vs. DELGADO episode of Ultimate Fighter when JUNIE spits on the BLACK BELT he mocks DELGADO with. totally disrespectful……..and to sum it up of all people MIR was questions and mocking delgado about his black belt before the fight….what an @!#%^….

I say let Lesner punish Mir now since he knows some floor tactics… LMAO

Kash: you can’t compare LEE to TITO. Tito only beat up guys that he had a grudge against(k.shamrok). Look at his other fights…Like against Griffin..haha we all know Griffin won that one. He can’t even hang with Chuck like he says he can..all talk. I beat LEE could beat or hang with any of the guys Tito fought anytime anywhere.
Just kind of upsets the MMA world when you compare a LEE to a TITO. sorry my two baa!!!

I just wish UFC wasn’t so afraid of letting their fighters fight in other orgs. They basically want to monopolize MMA and slave all the fighters. Thank god for Tito (even though i think he’s an ass), Couture, Tim Sylvia, and others who refuse to be Dana’s slave. Cung will fight in Affliction since Strikeforce has a good relationship with them and Strikeforce lets their fighters fight in other orgs. In a sense, Dana is ruining MMA’s future. Yes, he di help with sanctioning the fights, but now he’s doing exactly what he shouldn’t be doing, which is monopolizing MMA. His fighters cannot make any money because they have exclusive contracts. They are all a slave to him.

As for Cung and Silva, I would love to see that fight! I like both fighters because they are true martial artists unlike some of the fighters they have on UFC that have no business being in the ring (i.e., Matt Hamil, Rashad Evans, etc.). These guys are nothing more than wrestlers who trained in MMA and learn basic striking skills. A true martial artist is someone like Cung Le, BJ Penn, Brandon Vera, Anderson Silva, Georges St. Pierre, etc. Like BJ Penn said, there are way too many atheletes in the UFC, but not enough fighters.

WAMMA is a great start for the growth of MMA and for MMA fighters to make more money. It will also give fighters a chance to showcase and prove to the world who the true champion is by unifying the belt. Unlike what UFC does where they claim they have the best champion or best fighters. No they don’t, they only have the best fighters in the UFC, that’s all. The only way to prove you have the best fighters is to join WAMMA and unify the belt. Champions should fight champions. PERIOD. After then you can claim that you are the best.

i think wand would beat thiago. but who knows the guy is undefeated. it would look nice on wandy’s win column to be the guy who ended thiagos unbeaten streak tho.

Thiago and Wand doesnt make since b/c thiago is still a rising star and is very dangerous and Wand of course cant afford to lose if theu want a huge PPV fight with him and chuck in the future.Thiago just dont have the star power to make it worth while for Wand. Now if thiago beats a well known fighter then yeah I can see this fight happening but other than that I dont want to.
