CFFC 5: New Kimbo Slice Video Promoting Upcoming MMA Event

Infamous backyard brawler Kimbo Slice is going legit. Kimbo has been training for an upcoming fight against legendary boxer Ray Mercer at Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) 5. The event is to be held at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ on June 23. The CFFC is promoting the upcoming event at the end of Kimbo’s fight videos. The latest backyard brawl video has Kimbo taking on Chico, who puts up a good fight until he gets backed into a corner.

Never mind, he’s going up against Ray Mercer…thats going to be a standing fight. But the way he comes in sometimes with his head down swinging, its a perfect setup for a standing guillotine choke. Thats if he doesn’t connect on the way in.

Its going to be a fight against Ray Mercer, strictly standing. There is no way that Kimbo will lose that. He is not doing MMA right now because if he was, I would say that you are right, he is not ready for that.

Kimbo has a great chin and very good accuracy with his shots. With that said, I would recommend that he works his muy tai…and if be ever decides to do MMA…work his grappling. I would knock his ass out with that weak ass close game, he is just asking for knees and elbows in his face.
