Wednesday, September 10th, 2008According to MMAJunkie, Shannon Gugerty (11-2) will likely replace Melvin Guillard and face Spencer Fisher (21-4) At UFC 90 on Oct. 25 from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
Gugerty’s Team confirmed the bout, but it is still unclear to the reason why Guillard was replaced.

It looks like the UFC wants to gets it newest superstar Brock Lesnar back in the cage as soon as possible. The Pioneer Press is reporting that Brock Lesnar has been asked to return to action in November, presumably at UFC 91. Rumors are that Lesnar will take on French kickboxer Cheick Kongo.
