Jerome LeBanner Sick, Melvin Manhoef Steps Up To Face Mark Hunt at NYE Fields K-1 Dynamite

Melvin Manhoef has stepped in to fight Mark Hunt at New Years Eve’s Fields K-1 Dynamite show, replacing an ill Jerome LeBanner. Manhoef comes in as a true light heavyweight, giving up possibly 50 lbs to the heavyweight Mark Hunt. No word on to the type or extent of Jerome LeBanner’s illness.

The New Years Eve super show Fields Dynamite 2008 put on by Fighting and Entertainment Group (FEG) the parent company of K-1 and DREAM, has finally been finalized.
A last minute addition to the card pits ball breaker Alistair Overeem (4-2) against unruly Badr Hari (69-5-1). The fight will take place under K-1 rules.
